Celebrating $100 Million Raised for Children’s Hospitals

We are pleased to congratulate our partners at Rite Aid who celebrate a special lifetime giving milestone. Since they began supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in 1994, they have raised over $100 million dollars to support children’s hospitals and the mission of improving kids’ health across the communities they serve. It is an honor to be included in their philanthropic efforts and celebrate the precious lives impacted through their generosity.

To date, the Richmond-area pharmacies have raised more than $560,000 for Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU. Each year, the pharmacies conduct a campaign at their registers and invite customers and team members to make a small donation during the check-out process. From pennies to dollars, their generosity adds up and fuels the work happening at CHoR each and every day. It is the families who rely on CHoR for hope, healing and care who serve as an inspiration to local Rite Aid associates who devote heart and soul to leading these successful fundraising campaigns. This is what makes this milestone so special and truly heartwarming.
